01Definitions

• User / You: Any person or entity using the RidePluse Platform.
• Services: Transportation, rental, logistics, home care, maintenance, or related services.
• Customer: A user requesting or receiving services.
• Captain: A driver or service provider on the RidePluse Platform.
• Vendor Partner: A third-party partner offering logistics, vehicles, or related support.
• Content: All media and data displayed on the RidePluse Platform.

02User eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to use the platform or represent a company if registering on its behalf.

• Create an account to use most features.
• Provide accurate and updated information.
• You are responsible for your account and password security.
• RidePluse may suspend your account for false information or violations.

03Service usage

Customers may request services through the app or website. Captains and vendors must act professionally, safely, and legally. We may collect GPS and usage data to support safety, matching, tracking, payments, and service quality.

• Do not misuse, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the RidePluse Platform.
• Follow applicable laws and respect customers, partners, vendors, and support teams.
• Use accurate pickup, drop, contact, and service information when booking.

04Payment, cancellation, and refund

• Charges may include base fare, distance, time, taxes, fees, cancellation charges, or other applicable components.
• Payments may be processed through secure third-party gateways or other approved payment methods.
• All payments are final unless a refund is allowed by our refund policy, applicable law, or RidePluse support review.
• Users may incur charges for cancellations. RidePluse may cancel bookings for operational, safety, or policy reasons.

05Captain and vendor obligations

• Maintain valid licenses, permits, registrations, and required documents.
• Keep vehicles, tools, and service equipment in safe working condition.
• Complete verification and submit accurate documents when requested.
• Do not share accounts, misrepresent identity, or accept work under another person's profile.

06Legal terms

Intellectual Property: All content and trademarks belong to RidePluse. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse platform materials without permission.

Third-Party Services: We may integrate third-party services. RidePluse is not responsible for their independent policies or practices.

Disclaimers: Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or specific provider availability.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, RidePluse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including data, profits, or goodwill.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify RidePluse and its affiliates from claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Termination: RidePluse may suspend or terminate your account for any Terms violation or legal requirement. You may also request account termination.

Modification: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance. Updates will be posted on the platform.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will be handled by competent courts in India.
